Aikido Training Program for Ages 12–50

In Japan and internationally, individuals aged 12 and above are considered part of the youth–adult training group.

At Aikimode Aiki Academy, we offer structured Aikido programs specifically designed for this group.

Before joining, all participants are required to attend an evaluation lesson.

During the evaluation lesson, we assess:

  • Physical suitability (health condition)
  • Ability to adapt within a group

At the same time, you will have the opportunity to observe:

  • The training environment
  • The quality of instruction
  • The instructor’s teaching approach
  • The overall participant profile

At the end of the evaluation:

If:

  • You enjoy the training
  • You believe it will benefit you
  • And we find the participation suitable

→ Registration proceeds based on mutual agreement.

Training Schedule

The youth–adult program offers a wide and flexible schedule.

Thanks to multiple training areas in each branch, we provide numerous beginner-friendly class options.

Class Hours

Weekdays:
Monday – Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursday
18:30 / 19:30 / 20:30

Weekends:
09:00 / 13:00 / 18:00

Morning Classes (Special Program)

  • Tuesday 06:00 – Ataşehir
  • Wednesday 06:00 – Bakırköy
  • Thursday 06:00 – 4.Levent

Participation Models

There are two participation options:

1. Fixed Schedule (Once per Week)

Participants select one fixed day and one fixed time.

Example:
If Wednesday 19:30 is selected, attendance continues at that same time every week.

This model is ideal for those who prefer a structured and consistent routine.

Make-up Rights

  • 3-month membership → 3 make-up classes
  • 6-month membership → 6 make-up classes
  • 12-month membership → 12 make-up classes

Make-up sessions require prior reservation via email.

2. Unlimited Participation Program

Participants can attend 2 or more classes per week, without being tied to a fixed schedule.

This means:

  • No limitation to a specific day or time
  • Freedom to attend any suitable class
  • Access to 12+ weekly group classes

This program is ideal for those who:

  • Want faster progress
  • Prefer intensive training
  • Want to integrate Aikido into their lifestyle

Membership Durations

Available options:

  • 3 Months
  • 6 Months
  • 12 Months

Monthly membership is not available.

Our system is designed for consistent and long-term development.

Pricing (Ages 12–50)

Unlimited Group Classes

  • 3 Months:
    9360 × 3 = 28,080 TL + VAT = 33,696 TL
  • 6 Months:
    6240 × 6 = 37,440 TL + VAT = 44,928 TL
  • 12 Months:
    5200 × 12 = 62,400 TL + VAT = 74,880 TL

Once per Week Participation

  • 3 Months:
    7020 × 3 = 21,060 TL + VAT = 25,272 TL
  • 6 Months:
    4680 × 6 = 28,080 TL + VAT = 33,696 TL
  • 12 Months:
    3952 × 12 = 47,424 TL + VAT = 56,908.8 TL

Private Lesson Option

For those who are not ready to commit to a long-term program:

  • An instructor is assigned
  • First lesson is conducted
  • Mutual evaluation is made

If continuing:

  • 5 or 10 lesson packages are offered
  • First lesson is deducted from the package

If not continuing:

  • Only the single lesson fee is charged

Payment & Flexibility

  • Installment options available via credit card
  • 3 installments available (Bonus / World / Maximum / Access)
  • Additional installments → +5% per extra installment

Example:
5 installments → total price increases by 10%

Membership Freeze

Memberships can be frozen:

  • Minimum: 1 month
  • Maximum: 12 months

Requests must be sent via email to your registered branch.

Evaluation Lesson (Mandatory)

  • Fee: 1200 TL + VAT = 1,440 TL
  • If you register on the same day → this fee is deducted

Reservation Policy

Participation without reservation is not accepted.

This ensures:

  • Individual attention

  • High training quality
