Program Overview

At Aikimode Aiki Academy, we offer specially designed Aikido training programs for children aged 3–4.

This age group follows a parent-participation system, making it different from all other programs.

How the Training Works

During the classes:

• The child participates together with a parent
• Or with an adult designated by the parent

The system is based entirely on child + partner interaction.

In practice:

• Sometimes you guide your child
• Sometimes your child guides you
• In simple terms: you throw them, they throw you

Program Objectives

• Develop self-confidence
• Improve physical coordination
• Strengthen parent-child bonding
• Support social adaptation

Evaluation Lesson (Mandatory)

Before joining, all children must attend an evaluation lesson.

During this session, we assess:

• Physical suitability (health condition)
• Adaptation to group training

Parents actively participate in the process.

After the Evaluation

Registration proceeds only if:

• The child enjoys the training
• The parent finds it suitable
• The academy approves

Training Frequency

We offer flexible participation:

• Once per week
• Twice per week

📌 For ages 3–4, once per week is generally ideal, as Aikido is non-competitive and development-focused.

• Duration: 60 minutes per session
• Structure: Efficient and high-quality training

Membership Options

• 3-Month Membership
• 6-Month Membership

📌 Monthly memberships are not available.

Our system is designed for regular and long-term development.

If you are unsure about commitment, you may start with private lessons.

Private Lesson Option

• Instructor is assigned
• First lesson is conducted
• Mutual evaluation is made

If continuing:

• 5 or 10 lesson packages are available
• The first lesson is included in the package

If not:

• Only the single lesson fee is charged

Payment

• All pricing is listed on our website
• Credit card installment options are available

Membership Freeze

• Can be frozen from 1 month up to 1 year (total)

Make-up Lessons

• 3 Months → 5 make-up lessons
• 6 Months → 10 make-up lessons

📌 Missed classes can be rescheduled with prior reservation.

Schedule Change

• 3 Months → 1 change allowed
• 6 Months → 2 changes allowed

Pricing (Ages 3–4)

Group Classes – Once per Week

• 6 Months:
  5200 × 6 = 31,200 TL + VAT = 37,440 TL
• 3 Months:
  7800 × 3 = 23,400 TL + VAT = 28,080 TL

Group Classes – Twice per Week

• 6 Months:
  9360 × 6 = 56,160 TL + VAT = 67,392 TL
• 3 Months:
  14040 × 3 = 42,120 TL + VAT = 50,544 TL

Evaluation Lesson

• 1200 TL + VAT = 1,440 TL

📌 If you register on the same day, this fee is deducted from your membership.

Reservation Policy

• Participation without reservation is not accepted
• All sessions are conducted by appointment only

Important Note

Since classes are conducted with parent participation,
we strongly recommend attending the evaluation lesson together with your child.
