Program Overview

At Aikimode Aiki Academy, individuals aged 12 and above are part of the youth & adult group, in line with international Aikido standards.

We offer structured, high-quality Aikido training in a professional, disciplined and international-level environment.

Evaluation Lesson (Mandatory)

Before joining, all participants must attend an evaluation lesson.

During this session, we assess:

  • Physical suitability (health condition)
  • Adaptation to group training

At the same time, you will have the opportunity to observe:

  • Training environment
  • Instructor quality
  • Teaching approach
  • Participant profile

After the Evaluation

Registration proceeds only if:

  • You enjoy the training
  • You believe it is beneficial
  • The academy approves

Training Schedule

The youth–adult group offers a wide and flexible schedule.

Weekdays

Monday – Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursday
18:30 / 19:30 / 20:30

Weekends

09:00 / 13:00 / 18:00

Morning Classes (Special Program)

  • Tuesday 06:00 – Ataşehir
  • Wednesday 06:00 – Bakırköy
  • Thursday 06:00 – 4. Levent

Participation Models

We offer two different training options:

1. Fixed Schedule (Once per Week)

  • 1 fixed day + 1 fixed time
  • Same schedule every week

📌 Example:
If you select Wednesday 19:30 → you attend that same class weekly.

This option is ideal for those who prefer a structured and stable routine.

Make-up Rights

  • 3 Months → 3 make-up classes
  • 6 Months → 6 make-up classes
  • 12 Months → 12 make-up classes

📌 Make-up classes require prior reservation.

2. Unlimited Participation Program

  • Attend 2 or more classes per week
  • No fixed schedule limitation
  • Access to all available group classes

This means:

  • You are not limited to a single day or time
  • You can join any suitable class
  • You can benefit from 12+ weekly classes

📌 Monthly memberships are not available.

Our system is designed for consistent and long-term development.

Pricing (Ages 12–50)

Unlimited Group Classes

  • 3 Months:
    9360 × 3 = 28,080 TL + VAT = 33,696 TL
  • 6 Months:
    6240 × 6 = 37,440 TL + VAT = 44,928 TL
  • 12 Months:
    5200 × 12 = 62,400 TL + VAT = 74,880 TL

Once per Week Participation

  • 3 Months:
    7020 × 3 = 21,060 TL + VAT = 25,272 TL
  • 6 Months:
    4680 × 6 = 28,080 TL + VAT = 33,696 TL
  • 12 Months:
    3952 × 12 = 47,424 TL + VAT = 56,908.8 TL

Private Lesson Option

If you are unsure about long-term commitment, you may start with private lessons.

Process:

  • Instructor is assigned
  • First lesson is conducted
  • Mutual evaluation is made

If continuing:

  • 5 or 10 lesson packages are available
  • The first lesson is included in the package

If not:

  • Only the single lesson fee is charged

Payment & Flexibility

Installments

  • Installments available via credit card
  • 3 installments for Bonus / World / Maximum / Access cards

📌 Additional installments:
+5% per extra installment

Example:
5 installments → +10% total increase

Membership Freeze

  • Minimum: 1 month
  • Maximum: 12 months

📌 Requests are made via email to your branch.

Evaluation Lesson

  • 1200 TL + VAT = 1,440 TL

📌 If you register on the same day, this fee is deducted from your membership.

Reservation Policy

  • Participation without reservation is not accepted
  • All sessions are conducted by appointment only
